On Monday 17th November 2025, A major milestone was reached as the construction contract was formally signed for our new NZCT Training Centre.

Representing the key partners in this project:

       Richard Jenkinson – General Manager, Mike Greer Commercial

       Anthea Stringer – General Manager, Canterbury Softball Association

       Jayden Moore – Chair, Canterbury Softball Charitable Trust

We also want to acknowledge our Foundation Donors, Mark McFarlane and Nicola Ogier, whose vision and support made this possible. Unfortunately, ill health prevented them from attending, but their presence is very much felt in this moment.

This signing represents the first real step from plans to reality — and we couldn’t be more excited to see construction begin.
