Canterbury Softball Association is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on a Coach and Development role within our busy team. This position plays a vital part in leading coach development, supporting player pathways, and growing the game of softball across our region.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in coaching and/or sports development

• The ability to build positive relationships with clubs, schools, and stakeholders

• Knowledge of athlete and coach development pathways

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• A passion for growing and developing softball in our community

We’re Hiring – Grounds Maintenance Role

Canterbury Softball Association is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a Grounds Maintenance role. This position is key to ensuring our diamonds and facilities are kept to a high standard for clinics, competition, and events.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Practical skills in grounds or facility maintenance

• A good work ethic and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and a proactive approach to problem solving

• A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
