ROYALS SOFTBALL VETERANS ANNUAL TOURNAMENT – EASTER WEEKEND 2-4 APRIL 201O Royals Softball Club are accepting entries for their annual tournament celebrating its 21st birthday. 2009 was a very successful year and as entries are expected to grow beyond the venues current capacity we are limiting entries to 18 teams. Entries will be accepted on a first in first served basis and payment of fee. · Entry Fee: Early Bird - $400 (gst incl) until 13 March 2010, thereafter $500 (gst incl) · Fee Includes entry to: Friday, Saturday & Sunday evening entertainment (includes up to 15 tickets per team per night) · 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for each section: $400, $200, $100, plus $50 per participating teams · Sections: Men’s (7 Teams), Woman’s (7 teams) Mixed (4 teams) Please note: tournament organizers have the right to withdraw or adjust sections based on the number of entries received. Easter is a time for winding down and to meet or reconnect with old friends. We hope to see you there. COACHES & MANAGERS We would like to hear from anyone interested or keen to coach or manage one of our junior teams this year. Applications will be accepted from current members and non-Royals members, as we want to provide the best training and development opportunities for our juniors.
