	Cheryl has been involved with softball for 35 years having coached and played at club, regional and New Zealand level.  Whilst having a good understanding of the sport, Cheryl’s career background involves administrative systems, marketing and the communication industry which brings a valued skill set to the association.  Cheryl reports directly to the Chairman and is responsible for the implementation of the Board’s strategic plan and all staff.

	Moira has played softball at premier level and has recently completed a business degree at the College of Education.  Moira’s experience in the World Championship administration office provided an excellent foundation for taking over the Operations manager’s position. Moira is responsible for delivering the competition and tournament products of the association and adding value for the members through competition information, web site and general assistance and availability to all teams and clubs.  She brings an excellent skill set to the association and is a valued member of the team
